Jilin Wang Chairman of the Board, Principal

Jilin Wang, Chairman of the Board and the Principal of the School since October 2015. He was an IT System Consultant with Sierra Systems Inc., having over 20 years of Canadian working experiences related to financial applications in the transportation and energy industry, such as CP Rail, Talisman Energy and Cenovus Energy. Before moving to Canada, he was a university lecturer in Jilin, China, and also worked as a software engineer with a Sino-Japanese joint venture in Tokyo, Japan. Jilin is honest, impartial and enthusiastic in public welfare. He spends most of his spare time in public and community services, working as a volunteer for many not-for-profit organizations and charities. Currently, he is the Honorary President of Calgary Chinese Dongbei Association, board director of Calgary Ringtorch Sport Association, and advisor of Chinese society.

王吉林，自2015年10月起担任爱心学校董事长兼校长。曾在加拿大运输及石油行业从事财务应用软件的系统开发与支持20余年，曾服务于Sierra Systems Inc.，CP Rail, Talisman Energy, Cenovus Energy。来加拿大前曾任东北电力大学讲师（中国吉林）、中日合资软件开发公司软件工程师（日本东京）。王吉林淳朴公正、热心公益、业余时间为多家非营利和慈善机构提供义务服务，兼任卡城东北同乡会名誉会长、卡城环炬体育运动委员会理事，及多家华人协会顾问。

Ailian Liu Director of Board

Ailian Liu,  Director of Board since October 2015. She holds a Master of Arts (Wuhan University) and a Master of Social Work (University of Calgary). She is a Registered Social Worker, a regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a Commissioner of Oaths in Alberta.  She used to work at a few women’s shelters and addiction treatment programs.  Currently she works full time at hospital as a social worker. She also provides immigration consultation services. She firmly believes in social equity and justice, and doing one’s best to the improvement of others and society.  She has contributed a lot of time and energy volunteering in community. Before moving to Canada, she was a university lecturer, assistant researcher and senior newspaper editor in China. She enjoys gardening, swimming and walking.

刘爱莲，自2015年10月起担任爱心学校董事。获武汉大学哲学硕士, 卡尔加里大学社工硕士。现为加拿大注册社工和移民顾问，阿省监誓员。她曾在几所妇女庇护所和戒瘾中心担任辅导员，目前其全职工作是医院社工。她还提供移民咨询服务。她深信社会公平和公义，付出大量义务时间和精力为他人和社会尽一己微薄之力。来加拿大前曾任大学讲师，社科院助理研究员和报纸编辑。业余酷爱园艺、游泳、散步。

Yuantao Di Director of Board

Yuantao, Executive Committee member, started volunteering for this charity since 2007. He is a devoted volunteer in the Chinese community. For more than 25 years, he has been involved in organizing numerous big events for Chinese cultural celebration, and is well-known among the Chinese community. He is currently the Vice-President of Calgary Jiang Zhe Shanghai Association, a Vice President of Chinese Canadians for China’s Reunification (Calgary Association), a board member of United Calgary Chinese Association. He also serves as a consultant and honorary adviser in 6 other not-for-profit organizations. In the past, Yuantao served as a Vice President of Calgary Indo-China Ethnic Chinese Association and as the Principal of Chi Thanh Chinese School.

狄源洮， 爱心学校董事，自2007年开始为爱心学校做义工。他是一名华人社区的忠诚义工。来加25年，活跃在唐人街的各项活动，曾参与和组织了多项大型华人文娱庆祝活动，为广大华人所熟悉。曾任越棉寮华裔联谊会副会长，志成中文学校校长 。现任卡城江浙上海联谊会常务副会长，全加促统会（卡区）常务副会长，中华协会理事，并被六家社团聘为顾问，名誉顾问。

Chris Yu Director of Board, CFO

Chris Yu, Director of Board since November 2016. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, with over 20 years of diverse experience in corporate finance and accounting. He has held senior accountant and supervisory positions in companies such as Pembina Pipeline Corporation, AltaGas Ltd., and Gibson Energy Inc., and developed expertise in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, economic analysis and project management. Chris is also a firm believer in giving back to communities, having volunteered in Centre Street Church, Calgary Drop-in Centre, Mustard Seed, and other charitable and not-for-profit organizations. Chris is on staff at Wing Kei Care Centre as the Finance Manager. He also serves as a board member and Treasurer at Calgary Jiang Zhe Shanghai Association, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for Chinese senior citizens and the community beyond.

俞征，2016年11月加入爱心学校义工，现为学校董事、财务总监。他是加拿大注册职业会计师， 有20年以上的公司财务会计经验。他先后在Pembina Pipeline Corporation, AltaGas Ltd., Gibson Energy Inc. 等公司任职，在战略计划，预算预测，财务报表，经济分析和项目管理等方面颇有资深的经验。 俞征也深信回报社会的意义并在中央街教会等多个非盈利慈善机构中常年付出义工服务。他现任荣基护理中心的财务经理和卡城江浙上海联谊会理事及财务总监。
