In 2018, the organizational structure of ECSSEN Career School was formalized, with an Executive Committee established under the Board of Directors. The first youth public speaking training program was launched, and the inaugural “Me and Canada” speech competition (Children/Youth divisions) was held. The first Youth Leadership Skills Training Program and Youth Mentorship Program were introduced. The number of donor businesses supporting the Love & Care Food Delivery Program increased from one to six, and the program’s recipients expanded to include other organizations.
