In 2004, ECSSEN Career School was registered as a non-profit organization in Alberta, and in the same year, registered with the CRA as a Canadian charitable organization.
Founders: Edward Liu (Liu Qing), Yang Ting, and Su Xinhua.
Edward Liu served as Chairman of the Board and Principal.
